We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and support our sales efforts in two major sections: sales of security guarding business and sales of integrated security services, which include CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter security (electric fence, automated gates, Bollards, and turnstiles, amongst others).
Responsibilities:
The Sales and Marketing Executive at Broadfield Security Services Ltd plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its reputation as a leader in integrated security services.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and strategic online research.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of prospects, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities
   2. Client Engagement:
- Schedule meetings, understand client requirements, and present themost suitable security solutions.
- Develop detailed, customized proposals and quotations, reflecting the client’s needs and the value Broadfield brings.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  3. Market Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, representing Broadfield at events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
 4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the management and technical teams to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and client feedback is integrated into service improvement.
- Support office administration and finance tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Â A university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical sales or as a Technical Administrator.
- Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
- Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable demeanor.
- Excellent record-keeping and paperwork processing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide a team to complete projects successfully.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, networking, and internet browsers.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
